Refund Policy
1. Digital Nature of Products
Since pinkydinky offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered/downloaded. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
2. Major Defects
Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. In such cases, please contact our support team. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If the defect is verified and we are unable to fix it, a refund will be issued.
3. Product Not-as-Described
Requests based on this reason are addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this, every product has a detailed description and preview.
